- You can change your password by going into "My Information", located on the left side menu after signing in.
- If you don't remember your password use "Forgot Password" link, located on the left side menu, to reset you password.
- If you still have problem in sign-in please contact us at 316-978-5398.

- All training events are open for application 8 weeks prior to training date and are closed 3 weeks before the training date.
- If you don't see any "Apply by" link for the training that you want to apply then, it's not open for application yet or it's closed for application.

- Hold down the control key as you click on "Launch Training / Exam" to override the pop-up blocker, if any.
- Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Close all the browsers before starting online training again.
